MOTO (Mail Order/Telephone Order) Usage Guidelines

MOTO transactions are approved on a case-by-case basis due to the higher risk of fraudulent activity associated with them.

Enabling MOTO:

If you wish to enable MOTO on your devices, please reach out to your designated Account Manager or contact YetiPay support at help@yetipay.me. Kindly note that this request must come from the account holder.

Once approved by the YetiPay compliance team, your settings will be updated, and you'll be required to perform a configuration update.

Using MOTO:

  1. Open the Transactions App.
  2. Click on "New Transaction."
  3. Enter your transactions passcode.
  4. Select "MOTO."
  5. Enter the transaction amount.
  6. Input the card details.


Preventing Fraudulent Activity:

Exercise caution while using MOTO and never provide this capability to a customer claiming they've forgotten their PIN or because they're using a new card. Such requests often indicate potential fraudulent activity, such as the use of stolen cards.
